About the Business

Cardelium was founded in 2012 by Anthea Orchard. Based on the outskirts of Halifax, the shop is home to one of the largest selections of balloons in the area.  It also has a large selection of greeting cards, gift wrap and party goods, as well as the odd gift for that special person.

Cardelium have been provided with one PDQ Terminal.

Why did they require the solution in the first instance? Where there any particular issues/problems?

They have been a client for 5 years, they are a long term customer. We have been their payment services provider since they opened their shop in Huddersfield. 

Are there any particular departments/areas/personnel that will be using the solution(s) and how will this benefit them?

Our Customer Care team and Technical Team worked closely together to solve important issues with her card machine which left them in a situation where they couldn’t take payment in store. We solved the problem and also saved them money from their previous provider.

Only yesterday, they rang me as a courtesy call to check all was ok. I happened to mention something the terminal was doing that was quite annoying, and today, Lewis called me to sort out the issue, and since then the terminal has worked so much quicker!”
