Today, it’s the turn of Head of Operations Melissa Simons.

Hi Melissa! Summarise your role in a couple of sentences.

Looking after the 3 backroom teams (Technical, Customer Relations and Applications), putting processes in place to ensure the smooth running the of the 3 departments.

Supporting and growing my team.
