Today, it’s the turn of Technical Support Admin, Daniel Roberts

Hi Daniel! Tell us a bit about what you do at Yorkshire Payments.

My role mainly involves dealing with customers and suppliers on a daily basis and lending a helping hand on our technical helpdesk. 

Great! What’s your favourite part of the job?

I really enjoy working with customers on a day to day basis and getting to know them on a personal level as well as a professional one.

What three words would your colleagues use to describe you?

I’d say funny, sarcastic and happy to help anyone.

What do you think makes Yorkshire Payments stands out from its competitors?

I think we stand out because we’re straight to the point and loyal to our customers.

Time to blow your own trumpet! What’s the nicest bit of feedback you’ve received from a customer or colleague?

It’d have to be being compared to Superman, after being called out to fix a customer’s card machine when it was down.

What three words do you think describe the Yorkshire Payments way of doing things?

We’re unique, friendly and honest.

Away from work, what are we most likely to find you doing?

Studying Fashion Design, gaming and socialising with friends.

What’s your favourite spot in Yorkshire?

Malham Cove.

“Off T’ Pub”

For my tattoo.
