Hi Jenna! Summarise your role in a couple of sentences.

Outbound sourcing of prospective customers, contacting them by phone to discuss their business needs and booking appointments for our relationship Managers to discuss further.

Building relationships and Helping customers save money on their merchant account and feeling part of a thriving business.
