“Sarah Ward was amazing, I explained everything to her, and we had a conference call straight away with our acquiring bank Global payments which was successful, and she also put together a completion package for us. She immediately took away all the stress that Global Payments had caused. She was totally committed to us and kept in touch with us the whole time. She was amazing because you really felt she cared, and she cured the problem which in this day and age is so unusual. If she was able to manage your staff what a company, you would be.”
