Step 1. – To begin press the square button to access the menu screen.
Step 2. – On your numerical keypad press number ‘3’ to select ‘Reports’.
Step 3. – Now press number ‘2’ to select ‘Z Reports’
Step 4. – You will be asked to enter a password. The default is ‘0000’ or use a four digit password you have already set.
Step 5. – Press the green button to enter
Step 6. – Your Z Report will now print from the terminal
