Step 1. – Press the Menu button. (The square button in between the directional keys)
Step 2. – Use the right arrow button to go to the next screen
Step 3. – Press ‘4’ on the numerical keypad to begin reprint
Step 4. – It will ask you to enter a password. Enter password ‘0000’ and press enter
Step 5. – The receipt reprint will begin once you have entered the password.
Step 6. – Remove the merchant copy receipt from the terminal
Step 7. – Press the green button to select ‘OK’ to print the customer copy of the receipt
